Shout Out loud(seems crazy but trust me it works)
Stand in front of a mirror and shout out loud.Just let your anger comes out. Spit out all the little frustrations that has built up inside you. After a minute or so, your mind will automatically calm down because all the shit accumulated within you is out now. You feel light and relaxed.
Take Smiling Pills Daily
Learn to smile. Just talk to yourself and command your mind to smile all day.When you feel like shouting at someone, try to see the humour in your expressions of anger. Don't take everything so seriously, in fact teach your mind to be happy even in worst conditions. I know its hard to do but atleast give it a try. This practise makes your mind think positive and ultimately reduces your pain and uplifts your mood.
Listen Music
Music is a great source to distract your mind.It refreshes you and gives a very positive effect on your well being.Try to choose happy and upbeat music that will put you in a good mood quickly. One can choose his/her own type of music. On youtube, one can find soulful and soothing tracks.
Drink Lots Of Water
When a person gets angry, his body temperature rises up and becomes restless which leads to health problems.Water cools down the body temperature and calms down your mind very quickly. Practice to drink at least 12 glasses of water daily, you will definitely see the result in few weeks and feel more energetic.
Spend Time With Your Loved Ones
Love is the ultimate healer and it brings positivity in ones life. Spending quality time with loved ones not only makes you feel good but gives happiness to them as well. It can be a small coffee break , lunch, dinner, outing anything one can think of. If your loved ones are far, one can try other modes of communication like video/audio calls.
Try To Stay Away With People Having Negative Thoughts
People with negative thoughts are like viruses. They just infect others. So when we get in touch with such people,we only think negative and likely gets mood fluctuations which is the main cause of anger and frustration. These people are hard to change, so stop wasting your energies on them.
